ULI members were delighted to get an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Dublin’s famous & most historic Shelbourne Hotel, following a €40M refurbishment. Now owned by Kennedy Wilson, the tour was led by director John Keegan who explained the investment strategy behind the hotel and how it’s been transformed over the last seven years.

Operated by Marriott under the Autograph brand, the Shelbourne is the largest five star hotel in Ireland and is very much a ‘prized’ asset in the Kennedy Wilson portfolio.

The visit included a tour to the hotel’s luxury suites, recently-added bars and outdoor terraces as well as behind-the-scenes access to the kitchens and service areas.
