From January 2020, ULI Ireland is starting a Mentorship Programme for ULI Young Leaders (members up to 35 years of age).

The 1-to-1 mentoring programme brings together experienced ULI members with a new generation of industry leaders with up to six private meetings planned between January 2020 and December 2020.

It will provide ULI Young Leader members with a unique opportunity to discuss relevant issues related to real estate, as well as providing an opportunity for professional development, with an established member of ULI in a confidential and intimate setting. The programme will start with a short training session for all mentors and mentees (separate training) and then a mentor will be assigned to each Young Leader participant. Mentees will receive contact details and then propose the date of the first meeting.

The programme has been extremely successful in the UK and Germany, where ULI members have been sharing their knowledge with Young Leaders members for several years. We believe that the programme in Ireland will also bring added value for both parties.
