PwC kindly hosted the recent Irish launch of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe 2024 Report.

Following a welcome introduction from Joanne Kelly, PwC Ireland, a summary of the findings of this year’s report and relevance for the local market was presented by ULI Ireland chair Marie Hunt.

This was followed by an interesting panel discussion which included Thomas Edwards-Moss, CEO of Hibernia REIT, Margaret Sweeney, CEO of IRES REIT, and Robert Costello, Capital Projects and Infrastructure lead at PwC Ireland. The event was very well attended with keen interest in the findings of this year’s report.
