Claire shared her insights and views on the elements that have contributed to a very successful career to date. She discussed  the importance of having a good knowledge of all disciplines which deliver a project and in particular, the importance of having a good understanding of the finances. Claire spoke of not being afraid to ask others for advice and the value of having a strong and trusted network of people whose judgement you valued. Growing a multidisciplinary network of contacts is a valuable benefit of ULI membership. Claire also shared her experience of working in both the public and private sectors and the challenges presented by COVID-19.

The webinar was a very interactive and informative session enjoyed by almost 50 attendees.
