Mark is the Chief Executive Officer of ReSI Housing and Head of Housing Origination since 2018, leading the acquisitions efforts. He joined Gresham house in March 2020 following the acquisition of TradeRisks. Before joining ReSI Housing, Mark spent 12 years as a Chief Executive of Circle Housing Group, a 65,000-unit housing association, before merging it into the Clarion Group, the largest housing association in the UK. Prior to that, Mark held Chief Executive roles at Anglia Housing Group and Nene Housing Society. He has 38 years’ social housing experience and has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing since 1986.

Sir Stuart Lipton is one of the best-known British property developers, a founder of Stanhope plc, and co-founder of the property company, Chelsfield. He is now a partner at Lipton Rogers Developments LLP. Having started as a commercial developer in the late 1960s, Sir Stuart has been responsible for over 40million sq ft of development on some of the largest and most complex projects, including major infrastructure changes, complicated engineering solutions and high-rise buildings. Projects have included Broadgate; Stockley Park, Heathrow; Chiswick Park, HM Treasury; Central Saint Giles; and, 22 Bishopsgate, a 62-storey tower in the City of London. Sir Stuart was the founding Chairman of the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment and a member of the Royal Fine Art Commission. He has been involved with, or been a board member of, the National Theatre, The Royal Opera House, The Tate Modern, Glyndebourne and other arts organisations. Sir Stuart was Chairman of the City Finance Commission in 2011, Chairman of the independent review of Tottenham after the riots in 2011, a member of London Finance Commission in 2012 and a member of the Thames Estuary Growth Commission in 2017/18.

Shelley McNamara and Yvonne Farrell co-founded Grafton Architects in 1978 having graduated from University College Dublin in 1974. They are Fellows of the RIAI, International Honorary Fellows of the RIBA and elected members of Aosdána, the eminent Irish Art organisation. Teaching at the School of Architecture at University College Dublin from 1976 to 2002, they were appointed Adjunct Professors at UCD in 2015. They have been Visiting Professors at EPFL, Lausanne from 2010 – 2011. They held the Kenzo Tange Chair at GSD Harvard in 2010 and the Louis Kahn chair at Yale in the Autumn of 2011. Currently, they are Professors at the Accademia di Archittettura, Mendrisio, Switzerland. In 2018, Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara were the Curators of the Venice Architecture Biennale. Their manifesto : Freespace was the title of the Biennale. Grafton Architects have participated in numerous exhibitions including : the Sensing Spaces Exhibition in 2014 in the Royal Academy in London; a Pavilion for the 2014 Tercentenary of the City of Barcelona; ‘the Ogham Wall’ installation in 2015 in the Victoria & Albert Museum, London. Current projects include The Marshall Institute, Lincoln’s Inn Fields, for the London School of Economics; City Library Parnell Square Dublin with Shaffrey Architects ; Headquarters for Electricity Supply Board (ESB) with OMP architects in Dublin; all won by international competition. Recently completed projects include The Town House Building, Kingston University London; The School of Economics for the University of Toulouse 1 Capitol; Institut Mines Télécom University Building, Paris Saclay. The practice has won numerous awards for their work, including: The RIAI Institute of Architects of Ireland Gold Medal for Architecture 2007 – 2009 for Universita Luigi Bocconi, Milan, Italy; the Jane Drew Prize awarded to Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara in 2015; the inaugural RIBA International Prize for the Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC) in Lima, Peru in 2016 and the University of Virginia and the Thomas Jefferson Foundation at Monticello Architecture Medal in 2017. In 2019 Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara were awarded honorary degrees from NUI Galway and from Trinity College Dublin. Yvonne and Shelley were commended for their contribution to Irish society. In 2019, the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) awarded the RIAI James Gandon Medal for Lifetime Achievement in Architecture to Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara, of Grafton Architects. The Gandon Medal is the highest personal award given to an Architect in Ireland. The practice was recently presented with the 2020 RIBA Royal Gold Medal in London. The Royal Gold Medal is given to a person or group of people who have had a significant influence "either directly or indirectly on the advancement of architecture". Shelley and Yvonne have been selected as the 2020 Pritzker Prize Laureates, the award that is known internationally as architecture’s highest honour.

Dr Lora Nicolaou – Professor (elect), Department of Architecture, Frederick University Cyprus, and Principle at LMN Design. Lora Nicolaou is an architect and planner with postgraduate studies in Urban Design in London UCL and Oxford Brooks University where she taught Urban Design (1998-2000). She was the Director of Urban Strategies at DEGW, an international architectural firm specialising in workplace and development briefing (1997-2009), and held a parallel post as the Head of Research for the Urban Renaissance Institute (URI) at the University of Greenwich (2004 -10). She has now established her own design consultancy firm practicing architecture, strategic briefing, masterplanning and planning research on projects across Europe. She is also a Professor (elect) at the Department of Architecture, Frederick University, Cyprus. Her portfolio includes City Regeneration Strategies and Area Plans for Cambridge East, Utrecht UCP, Hereford central area, Gothenburg waterfront, Poolebeg Pedicular, Cherrywood and Barrow street Dublin, and intensification and Building Height Strategies for Rotterdam, Dublin, London and Nicosia all contributing to local policy frameworks. Lora was a CABE enabler for over 10 years and one of the main contributors to CABE’s publication: Creating Successful Masterplans: A Guide for Clients, and a participant to a major CABE research ‘Coding’ and ‘StrUD’ (guidance on Strategic Urban design). Lora was also among others a member of the Olympics Design Review Panel (GLA/CABE), the South East Regional Design Panel and Essex County Council Advisory Panel. She has an extensive portfolio of publications on aspects of urban morphology and workplace briefing.

Mr. Craig, as Regional Officer and Partner has been responsible for Hines' New York office since 1996. In his 39 years with Hines, Mr. Craig has been involved in a variety of development projects and transactions aggregating approximately 25 million-square-feet. He has been directly responsible for project development and transactions valued in excess of $30 billion (value at completion) during this period. As Senior Project Officer, he is currently responsible for the development of 561 Greenwich, a 200,000 square-foot, 9 -story boutique office building in New York’s Hudson Square on behalf of a joint venture between Trinity Church Wall Street, Norges Bank Investment Management and Hines, 53 West 53, an 82-story, 505,568 square-foot residential condominium tower over the Museum of Modern Art, as well as the development management of One Madison Avenue, a 1.4 million-square-foot office tower in Manhattan’s Flatiron district and One Vanderbilt Avenue, a $3 billion, 1.6 million-square-foot project across from Grand Central Terminal. As Senior Project Officer he was responsible for the development of 7 Bryant Park, a 470,000 square-foot boutique-office building across from Manhattan’s Bryant Park and the development management of two projects in Stamford CT ‒ Royal Bank of Scotland’s 500,000 gross-square-foot headquarters building and UBS’ adjacent Warburg Center (1.6 million-square-feet). He led the development management of 30 Hudson, a 1.5 million-square-foot build-to-suit project for Goldman Sachs in Jersey City, NJ and managed the development or redevelopment of multiple complex projects for Morgan Stanley, including 2000 Westchester in Purchase, NY (1.1 million-square-feet), 745 Seventh Avenue, sold to Lehman Brothers during the construction process (1 million-square-feet), and 1585 Broadway (1.3 million-square-feet) in Manhattan’s Times Square district. Mr. Craig has been recognized by Publicolor, CREW, BTEA , Phipps Houses,  St. Francis Pantry and Shelters, PAL and the Salvadori Center. He served as an adjunct professor at the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate at Columbia, is a Board member of the Urban Design Forum and serves on the Executive Committee and is Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, Phipps Houses.

Kevin Nowlan is one of the founders of Hibernia REIT plc and joined the Board as Chief Executive Officer in November 2015 following the internalisation of WK Nowlan REIT Management, the Investment Manager. Prior to this Kevin held the same position in the Investment Manager from its inception in 2013 and previously held senior roles in NAMA and Treasury Holdings and was MD of WK Nowlan Real Estate Advisers. He is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 25 years’ experience in the Irish property market, including commercial agency, property management, investment, development and development financing, commercial loan portfolio management and debt restructuring. He has a BSc in Estate Management from the University of Ulster, an MBA from Ulster Business School and a Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College, Dublin. Kevin is currently Chairman of ULI Ireland.

Alice Charles leads all Cities and Urban Development work at the World Economic Forum, Geneva, Switzerland. This includes developing the Forum's Fourth Industrial Revolution City Preparedness Protocol, managing the Future of Urban Development and Services Initiative, its Steering and Advisory Committee, the Global Future Council on Cities and Urbanization, the production of all city and urban development related content and cities and urban development events at World Economic Forum Summits (including Davos). She is also an External Board Member of the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA), Ireland. She has sixteen years’ experience working in the areas of cities and urban development, town planning, real estate, infrastructure, environment, climate change and public policy globally. She previously worked for the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, Ireland, Dail Eireann (Irish Parliament), Ireland, Jacobs Engineering (formerly SKM Colin Buchanan) and GVA, London, UK. She has a Masters in Global Leadership through the World Economic Forum, in conjunction with The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, Cornell Tech, INSEAD, London Business School and the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), a Master’s in Business Administration from University College Dublin Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning from Queens University Belfast and a 1st Class Honours Degree in Environmental Planning from Queen’s University Belfast. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a Member of the Irish Planning Institute. In 2017 she was awarded the Irish Echo 40 under 40 Award, which recognizes outstanding global contributions of Irish and Irish Americans, before reaching the age of 40.

As chief executive of ULI Europe, Lisette van Doorn is responsible for the development of the Institute’s activities across the region, including its renowned pan-European conferences and over 250 local meetings and events across 14 countries. She is responsible for working with ULI’s staff both locally and globally to deliver more high profile content and reports; coordinating Advisory Services panels and Urban Plan; and expanding the Institute’s thought leadership across Europe. Van Doorn joined ULI in January 2015 from LIRE, her own consultancy business, which advises international institutional real estate investors and fund managers on strategy, organisational optimisation and portfolio structuring. Prior to this, van Doorn was country manager for CBRE Global Investors where she managed a €1.6bn portfolio of assets in Italy and fund manager of two shopping centre funds (€ 1.3 billion) with assets in Spain, Portugal and Italy. Before joining CBRE Global Investors, van Doorn was founding chief executive for INREV, the European association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles for four and a half years. Van Doorn started her career at ING Investment Management, where she held account manager and assistant controller positions before being made managing director of research & strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe.
